PRICE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The cost of delivery is paid in full by the buyer. Purchased goods are delivered to the customer's address from the order:

Delivery service and the price of delivery within the Republic of Croatia is 30,00kn
For the amount of the order above HRK 400.00, the cost of delivery is entirely borne by ATA4ART, a craft for production and trade.
NOTE:
Due to the possible increase in the number of orders in the part of the year around the holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
The deadline for delivery of products, which are stated to be in stock, in the whole of Croatia is 5 working days from the date of the order.
The deadline for delivery of products, which are stated to be in stock, to the Croatian islands is up to 10 working days.
Delivery time may be longer in the case of individual islands where transport connections do not allow faster delivery or in exceptional situations that we cannot influence, so please understand in advance. In the event of a change in the delivery deadline or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order, we will notify the customer immediately.
REPLACEMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS, AND MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling in transport / delivery. The buyer should inspect the shipment upon collection, and if the packaging has visible material damage / defects, it is recommended that the customer refuses to receive it, as there is a possibility that the product inside such packaging is damaged. By rejecting the receipt, the delivery service will return the shipment to ATA4ART, Vjekoslava Klaića 32,10000 Zagreb, noting that the shipment contains a defect.

In the case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund or replacement of the product. In case of damage and / or defect of the delivered goods, the buyer can return the item to the above address, so that the complaint is accepted on the basis of physical evidence. If a careful inspection determines that the product was damaged by intentional / accidental mechanical action, ie tearing of material, buttons, thread, leather or other components of the product, which occurred after the product was inspected and sent to the customer, the complaint will be rejected or disputed . In such a case, the material responsibility of the buyer for the purchased product is determined.
Also, it is emphasized that according to Art. 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), paragraphs 5 and 6, there is a right that, if a material defect in the product occurs within six months from the date of transfer of risk to the customer (from the date of purchase), and the trader considers that the defect did not exist at that time, the costs of expertise are borne by the trader. If a material defect in the product occurs after six months, but not later than 24 months from the date of transfer of risk to the buyer / consumer, the costs of expertise shall be borne by the consumer or trader, depending on the outcome of the expertise. The dealer is not responsible for material defects in the product that occur after two years from the purchase of the product.
The product to be advertised must contain the original sewn label of the manufacturer of the goods.
