CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the individual terms of sale indicated with information about certain products represent the offer of ATA4ART, crafts for trade and trade for the conclusion of the Contract, and the user as a customer by registering, concluding an order or otherwise determined by these Terms accepts concluded an Agreement between the user and ATA4ART, a craft for production and trade, in accordance with the terms of sale specified in these Terms.

By registering in the ATA4ART Web Shop / or subscribing to the Newsletter, the user agrees that the ATA4ART Web Shop may notify him by e-mail for the purpose of promoting the service and products, changes or additions to pages, discounts, promotions, products or changes in service. The user can change his mind at any time and unsubscribe from the list of recipients of the Newsletter.

The purpose of the Agreement is to purchase the selected product through the ATA4ART Web Shop with payment of the appropriate fee (price) of that product and the associated price of the delivery service of the same product. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) through: internet orders in the ATA4ART Web Shop and social networks. The user is authorized to choose the possibility for the seller to inform him about new products, products on sale, etc. (newsletter). After the successful registration (correctly filled in all required data), a notification of successful registration will be sent to the user's e-mail. Products that can be purchased are advertised on the domain ata4art.hr, and with each product there is information about the product specification, price. The price and delivery conditions are listed in the section of the same name.

All product prices on the ata4art.hr website are final, but without VAT, because ATA4ART, a craft for making and trading, is not in the VAT system. Before concluding the Agreement, the user has the opportunity to review the Terms by clicking on the Terms of Purchase. The contract enters into force and is binding from the moment the user accepts the offer, ATA4ART, a craft for making and trading, in one of the following ways:

- by selecting the payment and completing the order as a user of the ATA4ART Web Shop

In the process of registering or creating a user account, the user is obliged to choose the name or name under which he will provide services and choose a security password and provide a valid e-mail address. All information required to register or create an account must be true, and the use or use of other people's data is expressly prohibited.

The registration or user account is created for one person only and it is not allowed to communicate registration or user account information to third parties. The user is obliged to keep information about his security password and user account. It is not allowed to use someone else's registration or user account.

For violating the provisions of the Terms of this chapter, ATA4ART, a craft for making and trading reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the registration or user account of the user, without obligation to compensate the user for any cost or damage.

The Agreement enters into force when the user accepts the offer to enter into such an Agreement. The contract for the purchase and sale of products between the buyer and ATA4ART, a craft for production and trade was concluded at the time of payment for the product.

On the occasion of concluding the Agreement, the user will be electronically enabled to view and / or send an email to the e-mail address containing: confirmation of the Agreement, or pre-contractual notice from Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14) , these Terms, and the notice on the right of the user to unilaterally terminate the Agreement with the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement referred to in Article 61, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The User / Buyer may unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason. According to Art. 79, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), the user is not entitled to unilateral termination of the Contract if the service is fully fulfilled, and the fulfillment began with his explicit prior consent and his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if his service is fully fulfilled.

In order for the buyer to be able to exercise the unilateral termination of the Contract, he must inform ATA4ART, Crafts and Trade of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract before the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail (to ATA4ART, Crafts and Trade, Klaićeva 32, 10000 Zagreb) or by e-mail at:   ata4art@gmail.com , in which he will state his name and surname, address, telephone or e-mail address, order or invoice number, and may use the above written form for unilateral termination of the Agreement. Also, the form for unilateral termination of the Contract can be found on the website of the ATA4ART Web Shop in the section under the Terms of Purchase, section "Concluding and terminating the contract of sale". The Buyer may electronically fill in and send in which case ATA4ART, a craft for the manufacture and trade will without delay provide confirmation of receipt of notification of unilateral termination of the Agreement by e-mail. The deadline for unilateral termination of the Contract is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, other than the carrier, the goods subject to the Contract are handed over, or in case of service, from the conclusion of the Contract.

If the User unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the money received from him, not including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of ATA4ART, craft for manufacturing and trade, or Web Shop ATA4ART receives the user's decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The refund will be made in the same way as the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees in another way to refund the amount paid, he does not bear any costs in relation to the refund. ATA4ART can only refund after the goods have been returned to him.

The buyer is obliged to hand over the goods or send them to the address ATA4ART, craft for making and trade, Vjekoslava Klaića 32, 10000 Zagreb without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when ATA4ART, craft for making and trade, made its decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. According to the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14, Art. 77), the costs of returning goods must be borne independently. The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods.

If, at the request of the customer, the performance of the service started during the unilateral termination of the Contract, the customer is obliged to pay ATA4ART, a craft for making and trading, an amount proportional to what was delivered by the time the customer notified ATA4ART, a craft for making and trading on the unilateral termination of the Agreement.
